Job summary
Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to support a leading organization in the networking and technology space. This hybrid role is located in the RTP, NC area, with on-site presence every Tuesday and remote work for the remainder of the week.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong foundation in networking fundamentals and enterprise IT concepts.
- Experience in customer-facing technical roles and IT troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Onboard and implement technology solutions with customer IT teams.
- Deploy and support VM-based collectors, integrations and monitoring tools.
- Provide guidance on networking, DNS, IP addressing, firewalls and access.
- Support cloud implementations, API integrations, and platform adoption.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure, networking and application issues with teams.
- Deliver technical training and end-user guidance for platform use.
- Document configurations, troubleshooting steps and milestones.
