You will support onboarding, virtual machine deployments, and ongoing technical support, building strong customer relationships while solving technical challenges.

The role emphasizes networking fundamentals, customer service excellence, and collaboration with engineering and product teams to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in technical support or related customer-facing role.
• CCNA-level networking knowledge including routing, switching, TCP/IP, DNS.
• Experience deploying or supporting virtual machines in VMware, Hyper-V, cloud environments, or similar.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to manage expectations.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues while maintaining a solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot virtual machines and related customer environments.
• Assist customers with networking-related issues, including connectivity, IP addressing, routing, and basic troubleshooting.
• Work closely with customers to overcome technical objections, drive adoption, and ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal engineering, product, and customer success teams to resolve issues and improve the customer experience.
