Job summary

Piper Companies is seeking a Customer Success Specialist to support a growing technology client in the Raleigh-Durham area. The role is hybrid, with one day onsite per week in RTP, NC, and suits a technically minded professional who can guide onboarding, migrations, and troubleshooting.

You will collaborate with engineering, support, and operations to resolve issues, monitor accounts for best-practice usage, and help customers maximize product value through effective technical guidance and clear

Qualifications

2+ years in customer-facing technical roles.
CCNA-level networking knowledge.
Strong virtualization and VM concepts.
Able to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Experience onboarding, migrations, or software implementations.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact, assist with onboarding, adoption, and ongoing support.
Guide customers through migrations and implementations for smooth experience.
Investigate and resolve issues in networking, virtualization, platform functionality.
Collaborate with engineering, support, and operations to resolve problems.
Monitor accounts, provide best-practice recommendations, improve product utilization.
