IMCD US is seeking a Technical Account Manager, Inside Sales to grow earnings with strategic principals in the Central region. You will maintain relationships, identify targets, respond to leads within 48 hours, and engage in technical discussions with customers and internal teams.

This full-time role operates on a hybrid schedule, with 10% travel. The ideal candidate has a technical or business background, at least two years of sales experience, and strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline.
• A minimum of two years of sales experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with MS Office and Salesforce is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Maintain relationships with existing and target customers to drive sales growth and satisfaction.
• Identify targets for strategic principals.
• Respond to leads and write call reports within 48 hours.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers, outside sales, and internal staff.
• Identify future revenue opportunities with new/existing customers, in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager.
• Open line of communication with assigned accounts on a regular basis.
• Participate in technical training sessions.
• Identify and document decision makers to start the sales process.
• Maintain and expand the database for designated territory.
• Grow earnings per designated sales goals.
