Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, call centers, or IT support and can troubleshoot software, Bluetooth, and mobile devices in a collaborative, remote-heavy environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or technical support environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot software and devices with clear communication.
• Familiarity with smartphones, Bluetooth, and computer software.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone and email with software and device questions.
• Troubleshoot Bluetooth, connectivity, mobile devices, and apps.
• Document cases and track issues through resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to specialized teams when needed.
