TEKsystems is hiring a Customer Technology Support Specialist in Somerset, NJ for a hybrid role. You will assist customers with software, Bluetooth connectivity, and mobile devices, resolving issues and documenting cases while coordinating with specialized teams as needed.

The position offers a 3-day remote/2-day onsite schedule, Monday–Friday shifts in EST, and paid training. This role is ideal for candidates transitioning from call center or help desk backgrounds seeking technical exposure.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in customer service, call center, help desk, or technical support.
• Strong communication and confidence helping customers over the phone.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technology and learning new systems.
• Experience with smartphones, Bluetooth devices, software applications, or consumer technology.
• Strong multitasking and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based systems.
• Recent IT, Computer Support, Information Systems, or technical program graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Support customers via phone and email with software and device-related questions
• Troubleshoot Bluetooth, connectivity, mobile device, and application issues
• Document support cases and track issues through resolution
• Assist customers with technical problem-solving and product usage
• Escalate advanced issues to specialized support teams when needed
• Research device compatibility and support ongoing product initiatives
