Deutsche Bank is seeking a Technology Service Specialist to maintain and enhance enterprise messaging, MFT, and data integration platforms in a hybrid Jacksonville, FL setting. You will manage incidents, automation, and post-mortems to ensure services meet SLAs while reducing toil.

You will collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to drive reliability, governance, and platform improvements, leveraging SRE practices and AI-assisted workflows to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining and operating MFT platforms across enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of secure file transfer protocols and network security.
• Ability to implement monitoring and automation to improve platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues to improve stability and uptime.
• Review and validate changes, ensuring risks are understood and mitigated.
• Develop monitoring and observability to maximize performance of platforms.
• Lead incident, problem, and post-mortem activities for continuous improvement.
• Ensure data feeds and messaging meet SLAs with high availability.
• Collaborate with global teams, including disaster recovery and IT controls.
