- Hands-on experience with NICE Actimise and related fraud platforms.
- Strong knowledge of incident management, RCA, and production support.
- Experience with cloud operations and IaC tooling.
Responsibilities
- Provide production support for NICE Actimise fraud and financial crime apps.
- Lead incident management, RCA, and service restoration activities.
- Develop observability, logging, tracing, and alerting solutions.
- Build CI/CD pipelines for reliable deployments and automation.
- Drive IaC and release governance for cloud environments.
- Collaborate with teams to improve reliability and performance.
- Define SLIs/SLOs and maintain runbooks and docs.
