Deutsche Bank in Jacksonville, FL is seeking an Operations Expert in Asset Services to manage client instructions for corporate actions and related processing, including fixed income and equity securities and income processing.

You will collaborate with Global Markets Investment Bank, Corporate Bank, and middle office teams to ensure accurate processing and timely reporting as part of a hybrid, in-office role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in a banking or financial services processing environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Ability to leverage AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Process payments timely for corporate action events and communicate terms clearly.
• Execute instructions via SWIFT and book-entry form via DTCC/Euroclear; handle physical securities processing.
• Balance transactions and resolve exceptions; manage depot and nostro accounts.
• Make election decisions on obligations against inventory while considering reputational impact.
• Escalate when transactions may pose client or firm risk; build relationships across Asset Services teams.
• Support communication between Bank groups, Agents, and Depositories; assist in UAT, training, and production verification.
