• Experience applying SRE principles with monitoring/observability tools.
• Unix/Linux administration and automation via Shell and Python.
• Vendor/connectivity experience and end-to-end release/change management.
• Experience with time-series data systems (kdb+, FX trading/risk apps).
• Automation of support and operational workflows to reduce manual effort.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced first- and second-level production support for trading and market-data apps.
• Perform incident management and root-cause analysis to improve reliability.
• Apply SRE practices to ensure performance and scalability of real-time systems.
• Lead release planning, environment coordination, and post-release validation.
• Develop automation for monitoring, incident response, and operational workflows.
