Responsibilities

Process payments for corporate actions and communicate terms to entitled holders.
Execute instructions via SWIFT and book-entry via DTCC/Euroclear; manage physical securities processing and reconciliations.
Make election decisions on how to apply obligations against inventory with risk awareness.
Escalate issues to Asset Services management and maintain stakeholder relationships across global teams.
Support cross-group communication, UAT planning, training, and production verification; understand Corporate Actions, Dividends, Custody and Tax utilities.
