Job summary

ZRG Careers is seeking an experienced Sales/Corporate Recruiter to support a growing commercial organization in Wilmington, MA. Hybrid role: 2 days onsite, 3 days remote, with responsibility for full-cycle recruiting across sales and GTM positions.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years in sales-focused recruitment, strong sourcing skills, and the ability to partner with senior leaders. Experience in technology, SaaS, robotics, or supply chain sectors is preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably focused on sales and commercial positions.
• Proven experience recruiting Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Managers, and Sales Leadership.
• Experience recruiting within technology, SaaS, robotics, automation, or supply chain industries preferred.
• Strong passive candidate sourcing and LinkedIn Recruiter skills.
• Ability to partner effectively with senior leaders and hiring managers.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable managing multiple searches in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven approach to recruiting with a focus on quality, speed, and candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for sales, business development, account management, and other commercial positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and understand business needs.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified sales and GTM talent.
• Recruit across various sales levels, from individual contributors to senior sales leadership.
• Conduct candidate screenings and assess sales experience, communication skills, performance, and cultural alignment.
• Manage interview processes, candidate communication, feedback, and offer negotiations.
• Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation, and competitive hiring trends.
• Maintain accurate ATS records and provide regular recruiting updates and pipeline reporting.
