Job summary

HireArt is helping our client recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across the organization as it scales in Cambridge, MA. You will manage searches end-to-end, sourcing across AI/ML, robotics hardware/software, simulation, and executive teams, partnering with technical leaders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a track record of closing senior and difficult roles.
• Direct recruiting experience within robotics, autonomy, or a deep-tech company combining physical products and machine learning.
• Experience recruiting across AI/ML, hardware, and software engineering, as well as non-engineering functions such as operations, product, and business.
• Strong technical fluency to discuss resumes, technical profiles, research papers, or GitHub profiles with candidates.
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI assistants into recruiting workflows, including AI agents or agentic workflows.
• Strong proactive sourcing using Boolean and X-ray search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google Scholar, and other channels.
• Experience with ATS such as Rippling, Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever, and similar platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clear candidate assessments for teams.
• Onsite work in Cambridge, MA (Mon–Fri).
• Independent operator with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting from intake and role scoping through sourcing, screening, interview design, candidate management, offer development, negotiation, and close.
• Lead searches across AI/ML, robot hardware and software, simulation, robot operations, product, business, and executive operations.
• Develop targeted talent maps and proactively source through outbound outreach, conferences, labs, and university pipelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and evaluation criteria, calibrate candidate quality, and maintain pipeline momentum.
• Deliver a high-quality candidate experience through timely, prepared, and transparent communication.
• Build and refine AI-assisted recruiting workflows for sourcing, evaluation, and reporting.
• Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Maintain accurate ATS data and ensure compliant recruiting processes.
