• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience focused on technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting AI, ML, data science, software engineering, cloud infrastructure.
• Strong sourcing expertise identifying passive candidates.
• Ability to discuss technologies with candidates and hiring managers.
• Experience supporting high-growth technology organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for AI, ML, data science, software engineering and infrastructure roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand objectives, requirements and ideal profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies to identify passive talent across competitive tech markets.
• Build pipelines of AI researchers, ML engineers, software developers, data scientists and engineers.
• Conduct screenings to evaluate technical competencies, progression and culture fit.
• Drive candidate engagement and ensure a high-touch experience through interviews.
• Track recruiting metrics and report on pipeline health and market conditions.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS tools to identify top talent.
