B-Stock is seeking an on-site Recruiter in Boston who will manage full-cycle recruiting across diverse roles. You will partner with candidates, hiring managers, and HR, driving clarity, momentum, and strong candidate experience.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled workflows, data-driven decisions, and a thoughtful handoff to the broader employee experience. The position requires 2+ years of experience, strong relationship skills, and the ability to juggle multiple searches while maintaining pipeline

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting across multiple functions with adaptable approaches.
• Ability to manage multiple searches from intake through offer and close.
• Strong relationship management and stakeholder communication.
• Experience with ATS, metrics, and data-driven decision making.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools in recruiting workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own full cycle recruiting for assigned roles across the organization, managing each search from intake and sourcing through interviews, offer, and close.
• Build and maintain qualified candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other channels.
• Conduct recruiter screens and evaluate candidates against role requirements with sound judgment.
• Deliver a thoughtful, responsive candidate experience and maintain momentum in searches.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and pipeline hygiene in the ATS and use metrics to identify gaps.
• Apply AI tools within day-to-day workflows and identify automation opportunities while keeping human judgment.
• Support structured hiring practices, including interview planning and documentation.
• Contribute to recruiting operations and process improvements during volume shifts.
