Job summary

TriNet is seeking a Sales Consultant (Technology) in a hybrid work setting, covering the Dublin, CA region and surrounding markets. You will pursue new prospects, quantify the value of TriNet's HR solutions, and manage a book of business focused on SMBs with 5–99 employees.

You’ll engage C-level executives and business owners, drive proposals, and navigate a multi-month sales cycle using tools like Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo. Prior B2B sales and a degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Typically 3+ years B2B complex sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Plan and hit targets within defined territory and multiple states.
• Prospect and build a balanced pipeline through various channels.
• Qualify opportunities quickly using decision-making personas.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships and consultative selling.
• Navigate a multi-step sales process with internal approvals.
• Utilize Salesforce.com, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo for activities.
• Achieve quota targets; complete administrative tasks timely.
• Demonstrate TriNet's core values and comply with policies.
• Travel to prospective clients' sites as needed.
