Sedgwick is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead regional staffing initiatives, partnering with operations to deliver cost-efficient hiring. You will source, screen, and interview candidates, leveraging AI and Workday ATS to build strong pipelines while aligning with Sedgwick’s values of empathy, accountability and inclusion.

The role is hybrid with 1 day in the office and may be remote for select locations; preferred candidates are in time zones spanning central, mountain, or pacific

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for this role.
• Four or more years of staffing experience required.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and insurance industry recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees staffing activities within a designated region and partners with Operational management to implement timely, cost-effective initiatives.
• Identifies and cultivates sources for hiring experienced and entry level personnel.
• Screens, interviews, and tests applicants; maintains applicant database.
• Provides staffing metrics and trains hiring managers in recruiting software and processes.
