Job summary

ATCS, Inc. is seeking a driven Recruiter to join our Human Resources team in a hybrid office setting (Baltimore, MD preferred). You will lead full-cycle recruitment, build strong pipelines, and partner with hiring managers throughout the process.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of sourcing experience in corporate or staffing environments, with preference for engineering/technical roles. Strong communication and detailed records are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field; relevant experience accepted in lieu of degree.
• 3+ years of sourcing experience in corporate or staffing firm environment; engineering/technical recruiting preferred.
• Ability to establish positive interpersonal relationships with ATCS teams and candidates.
• Previous ATS experience, especially ClearCompany, is a plus.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Partner with team members to tailor recruitment strategies for each role.
• Conduct initial phone screens to assess minimum qualifications.
• Respond to interview requests and schedule candidates for discussions.
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process and keep them informed.
• Provide accurate information to hiring managers on candidate progress and qualifications.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize sourcing strategies.
• Maintain detailed records and reports on candidate progress and hiring statistics.
• Contribute to process improvements through feedback and innovative solutions.
