Job summary

Maryland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting across subsidiaries. You will source, screen, interview, and hire candidates while collaborating with department managers to identify hiring needs.

The role focuses on building a strong talent pipeline and maintaining compliant hiring practices. In a hybrid setup, you will work in the Baltimore office most days with Fridays remote, supporting multiple subsidiaries and staying current on recruiting laws and best

Qualifications

• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment in corporate or agency settings.
• Proficient in sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment.
• Experience with ATS/HRIS HRMS; UKG/UltiPro preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws related to recruiting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to hiring.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
• Create and post job ads; source candidates through multiple channels.
• Build and maintain candidate relationships for a positive experience.
• Maintain recruiting data, ATS records, and hiring documentation.
• Monitor metrics and ensure compliance with policies.
