This role covers sourcing, interview coordination, and onboarding, partnering with recruiters and HR to deliver a strong candidate experience.

The position offers hybrid work with 2 days remote, 6+ month contract with potential for hire, and a pay range of $32-$40 per hour.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable with phone-based candidate outreach.
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience preferred.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple recruiting priorities.
• Hybrid flexibility with 2 days remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate phone and virtual interviews.
• Source candidates and build pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Conduct proactive outreach through calls and messaging.
• Assist with candidate screens and interviews.
• Create interview guides and recruiting materials.
• Partner with hiring teams on recruiting updates and needs.
• Support the applicant tracking system and ensure accurate records.
