• Track record of high gross margin achievements and improvement.
• Subject matter expert in the industries YER serves.
• Experience generating project-based staffing leads.
• Proven ability to acquire new clients and close deals.
• Willing and able to travel 1–3 days as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop a book of business for professional staffing services.
• Identify and secure new clients and job orders through various channels.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects and clients.
