Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Fluency in Japanese and business level English required.
• Strong PC skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• High-level communication and logical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Sources qualified candidates using the company database and external resources.
• Interviews applicants to identify wishes and expectations.
• Advises applicants on career development and interview preparation.
• Schedules internal interviews and coordinates client interviews.
• Maintains follow-ups with registered applicants and temp staff.
• Posts vacancies on external websites and screens applicants for client needs.
• Executes closing confirmations with final candidates and final offers.
• Enters candidate data in CRM and shares updates internally.
• Supports CRM analytics and collaborates with supervisors on performance.
