Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our fast-paced Customer Success Group and Tech teams. This six-month contract role requires a hybrid schedule with at least three days in the Chicago office, targeting top-tier talent through advanced direct-sourcing approaches.

You will own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy, build pipelines, and partner closely with the Talent Attraction team to fill multiple opportunities with qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house), with a proven track record supporting Sales or Tech and Product hiring in a high-velocity environment.
• Ability to work from the local office a minimum of 3 days a week.
• Expertise sourcing passive candidates through advanced direct-sourcing techniques — Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.
• Proven adaptability to shifting priorities and a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong, personalized outreach that converts passive candidates into active conversations via cold calls and relationship building.
• Familiarity with technology/SaaS markets and articulating Salesforce’s value to passive candidates.
• Ability to manage high-volume sourcing workstreams and deliver pipeline on deadline.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday ATS, Slack, GoodTime, and Google.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain deep, proactive talent pipelines for CSG and tech roles, mapping competitors and identifying passive candidates.
• Drive high-volume sourcing efforts for sales and tech hiring, delivering a steady flow of qualified candidates to recruiting partners.
