Leadout Capital is seeking an experienced Sales Sourcing Recruiter to fuel our high-growth Customer Success Group and Tech and Product organizations with top-tier talent. You will own the top-of-funnel sourcing strategy for our tech teams, collaborating closely with our recruiting team in a split model.

This 6-month contract role requires a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 3 days per week in-office. You will build and maintain pipelines, drive high-velocity sourcing, and leverage direct

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience (agency and/or in-house) with a track record supporting Sales or Tech/Product hiring in a high-velocity environment.
• In-office availability to work from local office minimum 3 days a week.
• Demonstrated expertise sourcing passive candidates through direct-sourcing techniques: Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, and competitive intelligence.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain deep, proactive talent pipelines for CSG and tech roles, mapping competitors and identifying passive candidates.
• Drive high-volume sourcing, delivering a steady flow of qualified candidates to recruiting partners.
• Engage passive talent using advanced direct-sourcing strategies and warm outreach to convert to conversations.
• Translate shifting hiring needs into structured sourcing strategies in a fast-changing environment.
• Collaborate with Talent Attraction recruiting team, handing off pipeline-ready candidates and applying talent to multiple opportunities.
• Track competitor hiring trends and compensation benchmarks to inform sourcing strategy.
