Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in software sales support.
• Certifications: CompTIA Cloud Essentials+, CompTIA Project+, CompTIA Security+.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal sales to strategize solutions revenue initiatives.
• Partner with Sales Managers to develop plans for revenue targets.
• Interface with customers, sponsors, and stakeholders to identify improvements.
• Generate system requirements based on customer needs, budget, and schedule.
• Develop Proof of Concept (POC) for customer review and approval.
• Develop a Statement of Work outlining requirements, responsibilities, and deliverables.
