AppFolio is seeking a Business Development Representative (SMB - Investment Manager) in a hybrid role. The position is based in Dallas/Santa Barbara with reporting to an office hub at least 3 times weekly.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in a BDR/Sales role, a strong drive for results, and a willingness to learn. PropTech/FinTech SaaS experience and travel are preferred. You will build relationships with property managers and qualify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 outbound calls per day to qualify leads and develop opportunities
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify prospects and learn sales tactics
• Update Salesforce and Gong with notes and intel from conversations
• Report on weekly results, qualitative and quantitative
• Expand industry knowledge and competitive posture of the company
