AppFolio, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) in San Diego for a hybrid, full-time role. The BDR will drive pipeline by making outbound calls, qualifying leads, and collaborating with Account Executives to win opportunities.

The ideal candidate will be local, ambitious, and eager to grow a career in SaaS sales, with a focus on building relationships with property managers and expanding brand awareness.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales experience.
• Exceptional drive and passion for results.
• Willingness to learn new skills and build a career in sales.

Responsibilities

• Make 50 outbound calls per day to qualify leads and develop new sales opportunities.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify prospects and learn additional sales tactics.
• Update and maintain Salesforce and Gong databases with notes from conversations.
• Report on weekly results, qualitative and quantitative.
• Expand knowledge of industry and competitive posture.
