AppFolio, Inc. is hiring a Horizon Business Development Representative in a hybrid Dallas-based role. You will spark conversations with executives at top accounts, map strategic opportunities, and partner with Account Executives to build a strong pipeline.

Expect multi-channel outreach, data-driven territory management, and travel to territories up to 20%. In the first months, you will learn industry knowledge and our sales methodology, contributing to a collaborative, fast-paced sales culture

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional office experience, including at least 1+ year in a sales or customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with modern sales technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Willingness to learn new skills and build a career in sales.
• Willingness and ability to travel into your territory up to 20% (required 3x per quarter).

Responsabilités

• Lead deep-dive account mapping and strategic planning for top accounts to unlock opportunities.
• Maintain exceptional data hygiene in Salesforce and leverage sales acceleration tools to run your territory.
• Engage with executives via multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, in person).
• Collaborate with account executives to optimize pipeline conversion.
• Travel to your territory 3x per quarter to engage and convert new business.
