ZoomInfo Technologies LLC is seeking an SMB Account Manager to upsell and retain a portfolio of small to mid-size business customers. You will manage ~250 existing accounts, conduct online demos, and forecast pipelines in Salesforce.

This hybrid role offers a base US salary of $70,000–$78,000 plus variable compensation and benefits. You’ll work with a high-performing team and leverage ZoomInfo’s leading product suite to deliver quick ROI for clients.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Account Management experience with consistent quota attainment.
• Ability to deliver a compelling message across all levels.
• Experience in transactional and solution selling throughout the sales cycle.
• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with strong organization.
• High energy and a can-do attitude; able to balance multiple tasks.
• Independence and motivation in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of ~250 existing customer accounts with a focus on retention and growth.
• Uncover new opportunities within existing clients through referrals and relationships.
• Demonstrate products via engaging online demos to captivate and convert clients.
• Craft accurate forecasts and pipelines within Salesforce.
• Collaborate within a dynamic team to propel and close deals over the phone.
• Identify key contacts within clients and understand vertical market needs for ROI.
