Job summary

Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to support the U.S. Air Force Cloud One ACSS program. This hybrid role requires occasional onsite work, with preferred proximity to Hanscom AFB, MA but open to United States locations.

You will build and maintain Service Catalog items, write business rules, UI policies and client scripts, design PAD workflows, and configure workspaces. Strong collaboration, security practices, and DevSecOps excellence are essential, with engagement across multiple teams.

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship and secret clearance required.
Minimum bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience; master’s degree with 6+ years may substitute.
Experience with ServiceNow implementations and CSA certification.
Experience with DevSecOps and Agile methods (Scrum/Kanban).
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and flow-based order guides.
Implement and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Data Policies.
Design and update PAD workflows and Playbooks for customer use.
Configure Configurable Workspaces for ITSM agents and CSRs.
Manage user roles, groups, and ACLs for data security.
Refine forms, views, fields, and notification templates.
Create standard reports and dashboards, and set up automated tracking.
Participate in unit testing and peer reviews before production.
