Job summary

Leidos is seeking a ServiceNow Engineer to join the U.S. Air Force Cloud One Architecture and Common Shared Services (ACSS) program. This hybrid remote role requires on-site work as needed, with preference for candidates near Hanscom AFB, Boston, MA.

You will develop catalogs, configure workflows, and secure data while supporting mission-critical cloud services. Responsibilities include designing and updating PAD workflows, configuring workspaces for ITSM agents and CSRs, and building reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 4+ years of experience; Master's degree with 2+ years acceptable.
• Secret security clearance required to maintain employment.
• US citizenship required.
• Certifications: CompTIA Security+ or equivalent (IAT-2).
• Experience with ServiceNow implementations.

Responsibilities

• Catalog Development: Build, maintain, and optimize Service Catalog items and related artifacts.
• Core Configuration: Create and manage Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Data Policies.
• CSM Playbooks: Design and update PAD workflows and customer-facing Playbooks.
• Workspace Configuration: Configure Workspaces for ITSM agents and CSRs.
• Access & Security: Manage user roles, groups, and ACLs to secure data.
• Platform Maintenance: Update forms, views, fields, and notification templates.
• Reporting & Dashboards: Create reports and dashboards, with automated scheduling.
• Testing & Quality: Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
