Job summary

EY's Security Technology Services (STS) Lab is the innovation engine behind EY's cybersecurity platform, delivering governance, budget, and roadmap for lab services. As STS Lab Service Manager at the Assistant Director level, you own the lab's priorities and funding, coordinating with architects and leadership to enable scalable engineering.

You will define intake, prioritize demand, manage quarterly and annual plans, and report on lab performance.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ITSM, PM, or security leadership roles.
• Single accountable owner for a technology service, including budget, roadmap, and reporting.
• Experience designing intake and prioritization in a fast-paced tech environment.
• Strong budget tracking, cost allocation, and variance reporting skills.
• Experience delivering dashboards on service health, roadmap status, and financials.
• Familiarity with Azure governance at a governance level.
• Experience in a large, global matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own the STS Lab service catalog and governance.
• Manage end-to-end intake and prioritization for lab requests.
• Develop and maintain the STS Lab roadmap and quarterly plans.
• Oversee the lab budget across Azure subscriptions and licensing.
• Design regular reporting on lab performance and roadmap progress.
• Escalation path for lab issues and stakeholder concerns.
• Establish the lab operating cadence including stand-ups and reviews.
• Coordinate with vendors during evaluations and ensure SLAs.
• Collaborate with IAM, Defender/Sentinel, Purview, and other SMEs.
• Maintain governance and compliance documentation.
