The role requires strong organizational skills, 3+ years in HR-related support, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ATS tools. Occasional travel is expected in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; minimum 3 years HR experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS systems.
• Experience supporting a recruiting team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex interview schedules with talent sourcers, recruiters, hiring managers and candidates.
• Arrange travel including airfare, hotel and transportation; reimburse expenses as needed.
• Prepare offer letters and new hire packets for internal and external candidates.
• Input, track, and report on recruiting activity and headcount metrics from ATS.
• Assist with writing job descriptions, interview guides and employment ads.
