Job summary

Ameritas in Lincoln, Nebraska, is seeking an experienced Recruiter to join the Talent Acquisition team. You will lead full life cycle recruitment, partner with managers, develop sourcing strategies, and manage offers and onboarding for high-volume entry-level roles in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 1–3+ years in corporate or search-firm recruiting, strong relationship-building and communication skills, and a proactive approach to talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 1–3+ years of progressive full-life cycle recruiting experience in corporate or search firm environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships.
• Experience building sourcing plans and utilizing tools; pipelines and passive recruiting.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment, including posting, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and timelines.
• Advise on talent market conditions, candidate assessment, and best practices.
• Develop strong talent pipelines through networking and market research.
• Negotiate offers and collaborate on competitive terms with candidates.
• Provide regular updates on pipelines, progress, and metrics.
