Job summary

Ameritas seeks an experienced Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will build relationships with business leaders, consult hiring managers, and conduct full life cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, negotiating offers and onboarding.

This role focuses on filling high-volume entry-level roles and requires proactive sourcing, candidate assessments, and collaboration with compensation to develop competitive offers. Hybrid in-office and remote work options available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1-3+ years of progressive full-life cycle recruiting experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships.
• Experience building and utilizing sourcing plans and tools.
• Pipelining and passive recruiting experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with time frames.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts including posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer development and onboarding support.
• Partner with hiring managers to create effective recruitment strategies.
• Advise on talent market conditions, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
• Collaborate to define position requirements and hiring timelines.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
• Create compelling job descriptions and strengthen Ameritas employer brand.
• Conduct screenings and assessments and provide recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through networking and market research.
• Coordinate with compensation to develop competitive offers and negotiate terms.
• Provide regular recruiting metrics updates to stakeholders.
• Network within the community to find top talent and build brand.
