AMS is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our collaborative team. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment, partner with senior hiring managers, and drive quality hires in a fast-paced environment. You’ll coach recruiters and sourcers, develop attraction strategies, monitor hiring metrics, and ensure compliance with client SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience of end-to-end recruitment delivery with expertise in at least one market sector.
• Understanding of attraction strategies and candidate sourcing strategies (e.g. web sourcing, networking, advertising and database searching).
• Experience of using recruitment technology.
• Working knowledge of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination, employment risks for contractors, OFCCP).

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment delivery for clients, ensuring timely and quality hires.
• Lead discussions on attraction strategies with sourcing and hiring managers.
• Coach and mentor recruiters, sourcers and administrators on best practices.
• Monitor funnel metrics and optimize recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and SLAs.
