Addison Group in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a high-volume recruiting team on a 6-month contract. The role is hybrid in location and involves extensive scheduling, data maintenance in Oracle Recruiting Cloud, and onboarding support.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year in recruitment coordination, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to handle confidential information while delivering excellent candidate experiences in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating a high volume of interviews in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience partnering with recruiters, TA teams, and hiring managers.
• Experience supporting onboarding activities after candidate acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activities across the hiring process: postings, scheduling, candidate communications, and offers.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and HR to ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Manage calendars and interviews across multiple stakeholders.
• Maintain candidate data in ORC and other recruiting systems.
• Coordinate referrals, dispositions, and pre-employment steps.
• Support onboarding with HR and first-day communications to new hires.
• Prepare recruiting documents, reports, and presentations.
• Monitor compliance and deadlines in recruiting processes.
• Serve as a resource on ORC processes for staff and candidates.
• Attend recruiting events and job fairs as needed.
• Assist with reporting, analytics, and TA projects.
• Build relationships across departments with strong customer service.
• Support other recruiting initiatives as assigned.
