Job summary

DUAL North America, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support and strengthen the company’s recruitment efforts. You will assist the AVP, Talent Acquisition, draft job descriptions, maintain candidate data in Workday, and help drive sourcing, screening, interviewing, and early careers programs.

The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, organized, and has strong interpersonal skills. This role offers hybrid work in Chicago, IL or San Diego, CA, with travel up to 10% and competitive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience with Workday or another applicant tracking system strongly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Support the full recruitment process from requisition intake through pre-hire and onboarding.
• Draft and update job descriptions.
• Prepare offer letters and maintain candidate records.
• Proactively source candidates via Workday, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other channels.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding activities for new hires.
