Job summary

RTX is seeking an OSC, Principal Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst to join the team in a hybrid U.S. role. The position focuses on labor tracking, EAC/EVMS reporting, and driving cost controls across the Raytheon Finance Operations and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience plus minimum 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field with 3+ years experience.
• Experience with SAP, BW, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word, and especially Excel).
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and EVMS certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Labor tracking, cost transfers, MRP resource planning/updates (PRISM), Internal Work Authorization oversight.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly Earned Value reporting and data analysis.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and maintain clear communication across multifunctional teams.
• Collaborate with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain during EAC and performance monitoring.
• Support variance analyses and financial reviews with RFS management and internal customers.
• Improve processes with multiple functional stakeholders from start to finish.
• Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed.
