Job summary

RTX is seeking a Senior Analyst to support the Development, Test & Growth Business Area. You will assist program financial management, Earned Value Management, and Estimate-at-Completion activities, interfacing with Finance, Contracts, and cross-functional teams.

The role involves preparing, summarizing, and presenting financial and performance information to management and stakeholders, with a hybrid work setup in the U.S.

Qualifications

• University Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Earned Value Certification or certification within 2 months of start date.
• Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• U.S. citizenship required to access program information.

Responsibilities

• Support establishment and maintenance of the program baseline.
• Develop and maintain cost CDILs and related reports.
• Coordinate quarterly EAC development and budget changes.
• Perform cost and schedule analysis; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare financial charts for PMRs and reporting activities.
• Summarize and present program financial data to stakeholders.
