Job summary

RTX's Finance Operations and Supply Chain (OSC) team seeks an experienced Principal Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst in a hybrid role based in McKinney, TX. You will join the APS RFS team to drive cost control analysis, Earned Value, and EAC reporting, enabling strategic decision making.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of relevant experience, strong SAP/BW/PRISM skills, advanced Excel, and excellent communication to coordinate with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Labor tracking, cost transfers, MRP resource planning/updates (PRISM), Internal Work Authorization oversight.
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly Earned Value reporting and data analysis.
• Build relationships and trust with stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Collaborate with EAC processes and monitor performance of functional organizations.
• Support variance analysis updates and financial reviews with OSC management and internal customers.
• Strengthen processes with multiple functional stakeholders from start to finish.
• Perform additional ad-hoc analysis as needed.
