Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Program Cost Control EBA to support Earned Value Management inputs, cost and schedule reporting, and Budget Change Requests. The role emphasizes EVMS, EAC/LRE development, and cost control using SAP and APEX tools.

Hybrid onsite/offsite work is expected with potential in-person interviews. The candidate will enhance forecast accuracy, prepare variance analyses, and partner with program leads to ensure commitments are met while delivering

Qualifications

University degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years of relevant work
Experience with SAP and/or APEX or similar financial system
Proficiency in MS Office tools and Excel

Responsibilities

Support EVMS inputs, EAC and LRE development to budget baseline and schedules
Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts
Perform detailed EV and financial analyses to drive cost and schedule performance
Collaborate with engineering and program leads to meet financial commitments
