Job summary

RTX’s Raytheon Functional Finance team seeks an Engineering Business Analyst (Grade P4) to support EVMS inputs, EAC/LRE development, and cost/schedule analysis for engineering programs in a hybrid, US-based environment.

You will work with Product Leads, Control Account Managers, and program leads, performing forecasts, variance analyses, and monthly reports using SAP, APEX, and PMX tools, to help drive predictable cost performance and program readiness.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 8 years of relevant work, or an Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience using SAP and/or APEX or similar systems is required.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools and navigating Excel is essential.

Responsibilities

• Support EVMS processes and develop Estimates at Complete (EACs) and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE).
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor actual costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
