Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, is seeking a seasoned finance professional to lead EAC, EV, and budgeting processes for a major Land & Air Defense Systems program. You will mentor junior analysts and support FP&A functions, ensuring accuracy in monthly variances and EAC positioning.

The role blends onsite and remote work within a hybrid setup. You will coordinate with FP&A, program teams, and leadership to drive cost control and reporting, leveraging SAP/APEX/AO systems.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of experience; or an Advanced degree and 5+ years.
• Experience in program controls and EVMS is required.
• Experience with FP&A concepts, systems, and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead EAC (Estimate at Complete), EV, and BCR processes and baseline activities.
• Mentor and develop other analysts within the team.
• Support approved BCRs and ensure changes are reflected in control systems.
• Prepare and present EV financial data for MORs and financial reviews.
• Perform monthly variance analysis and billing reviews for the program.
