Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Program Cost Control Analyst (EBA Grade P3) to support EVMS inputs, reporting, and cost performance. You will work with Product Teams and Program Leads on EACs, LREs, and variance analysis, ensuring cost commitments are met within a hybrid work environment.

The role requires a university degree or equivalent with 3–5 years of relevant cost control experience, proficiency in MS Office, and SAP/APEX familiarity.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant cost control experience depending on degree.
• Proficient in MS Office with emphasis on Excel; SAP/APEX experience is required or desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support creation of Estimates at Complete (EACs) quarterly and Latest Revised Estimates (LRE) monthly with cost estimates and risk assessment.
• Perform detailed EV and financial analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Prepare forecasts, monitor costs, and document variances to plans and forecasts.
