RTX is seeking a motivated OSC, Principal Program Cost Controls Finance Analyst (P3) in McKinney, TX. You will join a team delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly EV and EAC analyses, cost controls, and resource planning across multiple programs.

You will build relationships with stakeholders, manage resources in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment, and ensure accurate financial reporting, variance analysis, and process improvements across OPS and Contracts, Engineering, and Supply Chain

Qualifikationen

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience with minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP, Business Warehouse, or similar systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products (PowerPoint, Word and an emphasis on Excel).

Aufgaben

• Labor tracking, cost transfers, MRP resource planning/updates (PRISM).
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly Earned Value reporting and data analysis.
• Build trust with stakeholders and develop business relationships across functions.
• Collaborate with EAC processes and monitor performance of multiple organizations.
