Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in attorney recruiting at a large law firm.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and candidate CRM tools.
• Strong MS Office, document management, and virtual meeting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client relations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling and travel arrangements.
• Prepare candidate materials, biographies, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, agencies, attorneys, and leadership.
• Maintain recruiting records in Flo Recruit and databases.
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely progression.
• Maintain relationships with search consultants and agencies.
• Oversee and maintain fee agreements with external consultants.
• Coordinate partner recruiting due diligence activities, including background checks.
• Assist with ad hoc projects for the Director of Partner Recruiting.
