Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in Chicago is seeking a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for its lateral partner recruiting function. This hybrid role involves coordinating interviews, communications, due diligence, and onboarding processes, with confidentiality and professionalism at the forefront.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience, preferably at a large law firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of attorney recruiting experience, preferably at a large law firm.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of lateral partner recruitment, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting agendas, expense reimbursements, and follow-up communications.
• Prepare and distribute interview materials, biographies, business plans, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, recruiting agencies, attorneys, and Firm leadership.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting records in Flo Recruit and databases.
• Monitor recruiting workflows and ensure timely movement of candidates through the process.
• Maintain relationships with legal search consultants and recruiting agencies.
• Coordinate due diligence activities, including background checks and conflicts reviews.
• Assist with ad hoc projects as assigned by the Director of Partner Recruiting.
