Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP seeks a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to support its lateral partner hiring efforts. You will coordinate interviews, travel, materials, and communications while ensuring confidentiality and efficient workflows across multiple offices.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in attorney recruiting, strong PM and office software skills, and proven ability to collaborate with lawyers and search consultants in a fast-paced firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in attorney recruiting at a large firm.
• Experience supporting lateral partner recruiting initiatives preferred.
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tech.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistics of lateral partner recruitment and interviews.
• Prepare interview schedules, biographies, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, agencies, attorneys, and leadership.
• Maintain recruiting records in Flo Recruit and other systems.
• Monitor workflows to ensure timely progress of candidates.
• Maintain relationships with search consultants and agencies.
• Oversee database of external fee agreements.
• Coordinate due diligence activities for recruiting.
