Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP in New York seeks a Senior Partner Recruiting Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support for the firm’s lateral partner recruiting function. Maintains confidentiality and coordinates interviews and onboarding for candidates across multiple offices.

The role requires coordinating travel, communications, due diligence, and recruitment workflows while working with Flo Recruit and other tools in a hybrid on-site/remote environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with three or more years in attorney recruiting or coordinating recruiting at a large law firm.
• Experience supporting lateral attorney or partner recruiting initiatives preferred.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruiting technologies (Flo Recruit preferred).
• Strong communication and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all logistical aspects of lateral partner recruitment, including interview scheduling, travel arrangements, meeting agendas, expense reimbursements, and follow-up communications.
• Prepare and distribute interview schedules, candidate materials, biographies, business plans, and evaluation forms.
• Communicate with candidates, recruiting agencies, attorneys, and Firm leadership.
• Track candidate activity and maintain accurate recruiting records within the Firm's ATS and databases.
